YEARLY SERVICE INFORMATION
At Access Heating & Air-conditioning we follow through our sale and installation with a full lifetime service and repair business. We recommend a yearly service be preformed on your system to keep it running efficiently.

GAS HEATER SERVICE INCLUDES -
Full safety check
Check and adjust gas pressures
Cleaning of burners / injectors
Visual check of ductwork
Cleaning of return air filter
Advising of any parts or ductwork repairs or replacement

EVAPORATIVE COOLER SERVICE INCLUDES -
Winter shutdown (advise prior to first frost, usually ANZAC day) or;
Summer start up (advise after any late frosts, usually October)
Wash and clean filters
Clean out sump tray
Adjust float levels
Clean water filter
Advise of any parts that need repair or replacement
NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO SHUT THE OUTSIDE VALVE OFF AND DRAIN WATER LINE BEFORE THE FIRST FROST REGARDLESS OF IF A SERVICE IS BOOKED. FAILURE TO PERFORM THIS TASK WILL USUALLY VOID ANY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

AIR-CONDITIONER SERVICE INCLUDES -
Check electrical connections
Check gas pressures (for leaks)
Check condenser and evaporator are free of debris
Check and clean filters
Check for correct operation
Visual check of any ductwork
Advise of any parts or ductwork repairs or replacement
