Service Calls All service calls are $143 plus parts if required. In the event your unit is deemed dead or uneconomical to repair this fee is still payable. We will also provide you with a quote to replace. Always email us back with the details to get the best replacement option. Some units require new R1 ductwork and a filter grille upgrade. YEARLY SERVICE INFORMATION At Access Heating & Air-conditioning we follow through our sale and installation with full lifetime service and repairs. We recommend a yearly service be performed on your system to keep it running efficiently. GAS HEATER SERVICE INCLUDES - Full safety check Check and adjust gas pressures Cleaning of burners / injectors Visual check of ductwork Cleaning of return air filter Advising of any parts or ductwork repairs or replacement EVAPORATIVE COOLER SERVICE INCLUDES - Winter shutdown (prior to first frost, usually ANZAC day) or; Summer start up (after any late frosts, usually October) Wash and clean filters Clean out sump tray Adjust float levels Clean water filter Advise of any parts that need repair or replacement NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO SHUT THE OUTSIDE VALVE OFF AND DRAIN WATER LINE BEFORE THE FIRST FROST REGARDLESS OF IF A SERVICE IS BOOKED.
